Autoroll Equipment and Services
Autoroll Machine Corporation*, now known as Autoroll Print Technologies, no
longer provides technical service and support for the equipment that they have in the field.
The President of BG Automation, Bob Gagne, designed and programmed virtually
all of the Padflex 1000, 2000, & 3000 series machines for Autoroll and
has in-depth knowledge of the Rotoflex printhead controls. As such, we can
provide highly knowledgeable technical assistance and/or service for this equipment.
BG Automation has also undertaken a project to design, develop and
market a direct replacement for the control systems used in this equipment,
which is now obsolete. Our capabilities include:
- Complete retrofits of the now obsolete printhead control system including
the Superior Electric SS2000 controller, D6 drive, and stepper motor
- Program upgrades or modifications
- Stepper to servo retrofits
- Service, support & troubleshooting
- HMI upgrades and programming
